Kids: I have three great kids to keep me on my toes: Jacob (15), Caleb (11) and Adeline (9)
 
Passion: I love sport! My biggest sports passion is triathlon. When I'm not running, cycling or swimming I love to spend time with my family and friends, watch trashy TV and eat!
 
Last Job: Before moving to Switzerland I worked full time in sales.  It's now great to be able to mix my passion with my work as a trainer for Mom in Balance.  Plus, I get to spend more time with my kids!
 
Sports Goals: To complete my first full distance Ironman 140.6 race this July in Zurich, and hopefully inspire other women along the way to believe that anything is possible
 
Guilty pleasure: Chocolate and lots of it.  Once I start I cant stop!
