What is the Start to Run Clinic?
Our clinic is a structured, science-based running program tailored to the postnatal body. It’s designed for women in Zurich and the surrounding area who want to restart running after pregnancy in a safe and supportive way.
Led by certified trainers trained by Dutch Olympic sprinter Tasa Jiya, the clinic focuses on core stability, pelvic floor awareness, technique, and progressive cardio – all essential for injury-free running.
Good to know:
You can join from 15 weeks postpartum
You must have resumed light running or jogging
No pelvic floor or pelvic pain symptoms should be present
