What is the Start to Run Clinic?


Our clinic is a structured, science-based running program tailored to the postnatal body. It’s designed for women in Zurich and the surrounding area who want to restart running after pregnancy in a safe and supportive way.

Led by certified trainers trained by Dutch Olympic sprinter Tasa Jiya, the clinic focuses on core stability, pelvic floor awareness, technique, and progressive cardio – all essential for injury-free running.


Good to know:

  • You can join from 15 weeks postpartum

  • You must have resumed light running or jogging

  • No pelvic floor or pelvic pain symptoms should be present

What to expect?


  • 5 outdoor training sessions (1 hour each)

  • Personal coaching and clear technical instruction

  • Strength & cardio training tailored to the postpartum body

  • Exercises to continue at home

  • Small group setting in Zurich – motivating and supportive

We love to run!


During the Start To Run Clinic, you'll participate in 5 inspiring one-hour workouts. These sessions provide the essential building blocks to (re)establish your own running routine. Each session includes detailed technical explanations, cardio exercises, strength training, and practical assignments for home. Furthermore, our clinic is based on the latest scientific insights and is specifically tailored to the postnatal women's body.
