  • Stripe
    Payments are processed via the payment platform Stripe. When signing up for a membership, you enter your credit card details, which are used to collect the membership fee.

    All payments are collected in advance. This means that when your membership starts, you pay the full fee for the upcoming period of 4 weeks.

    For example: if your membership starts on 7 February, your payment period runs for 28 days (4 weeks) from that date, and the next charge will take place 28 days later.


    Changing your bank or card details
    You can easily update your payment details via your Member portal.


    Putting payments on hold during maternity period
    Payments are temporarily paused when your membership is put on hold during your maternity period. Payments will resume as soon as your membership is reactivated. Any overpaid amount within the current period of 4 weeks will be automatically settled.

    After your maternity pause, your Back in Shape membership (unless you have indicated otherwise) will automatically be activated 6 weeks after your delivery date.
    If the actual delivery date is not updated in your account, reactivation will be based on your due date.


    Delivery before the due date
    Did your baby arrive earlier than expected and have you already paid for all or part of a period of 4 weeks? Don’t worry — our system will automatically settle the remaining amount as soon as your Back in Shape membership is activated.


    Temporary membership pause (illness, injury or pregnancy-related complaints)
    In case of illness, injury or pregnancy-related complaints, your membership can be temporarily frozen.

    During the freeze period, you will not be able to attend workouts and no payments will be collected. A membership can be frozen for a maximum of 12 weeks, after which it will be automatically reactivated.

    You can request a membership freeze via your personal Member account, together with a medical confirmation. This documentation must be submitted before the absence to info@mominbalance.ch.
