FAQ

  • Are you moving to another town? When we don’t have a Mom in Balance location where you are going to live, you can always terminate your membership (early).

  • Terminating your membership
We will be sorry to see you go! You can terminate your membership via your Member account. When submitting your termination request, we kindly ask you to share the reason for cancelling and any feedback you may have.

Your termination is processed once you receive a confirmation from us.

    Notice period
For a 4-week membership, a notice period of one period of 4 weeks applies. The notice period starts from the moment you indicate that you wish to terminate your membership and must fall within an active membership period.

A 52-week (annual) membership cannot be cancelled during its term. After completing the 52-week period, the membership is automatically converted into a 4-week membership. From that moment on, it can be cancelled per period of 4 weeks, with a notice period of one period of 4 weeks

    Closing a location
If Mom in Balance decides to close a location, members are not eligible for reimbursement as long as an alternative Mom in Balance location is available within 8 kilometres.

  • Maternity period

From your due date, your membership will be temporarily put on hold for the next 6 weeks, after which it is automatically reactivated and changed from Pregnant to Back in Shape.

Should you need a longer time to recover, you can postpone starting the workouts again up to 12 weeks after the delivery date in your Member account.

Your favorite Back in Shape workout(s)
