  • Are you moving to another town? When we don’t have a Mom in Balance location where you are going to live, you can always terminate your membership (early).

  • We will be very sorry to see you go! You can terminate your membership in your Member account. How to terminate your membership? Please provide us with your feedback and the reason why you wish to cancel your membership. The termination has been processed the moment you receive our confirmation. 


    Termination monthly membership

    We maintain a notice period of one month for the monthly membership plan. If you have a yearly membership you can cancel your membership after you have been a member for one year. The notice period starts as soon as you have indicated your wish to terminate your membership. This notice period needs to fall within an active membership period. 

    Closing a location

    If Mom in Balance decide to close a location, members are not eligible for reimbursements as long as the next location is less than 8 kilometers away.

  • Maternity period

    From your due date, your membership will be temporarily put on hold for the next 6 weeks, after which it is automatically reactivated and changed from Pregnant to Back in Shape. 


    Should you need a longer time to recover, you can postpone starting the workouts again up to 12 weeks after the delivery date in your Member account. 


    Your favorite Back in Shape workout(s)

    You can schedule your favorite workouts again via your Member account whenever you start training again.
